Felix Portnoy is a Design Principal at IBM, where he serves as a key driver in the transformation of IBM Power, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and elevating design culture and practices across the organization. Felix is a published researcher and the recipient of numerous awards in academia and industry. He completed his Ph.D. in Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, he holds an M.A.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Haifa.
