Niel is FalconStor’s Regional Pre Sales Consultant and is a systems engineer with 30 years of data center infrastructure experience. Niel began his professional career at UPS, where he first worked on the IBM i platform as an AS/400 Systems Programmer. While at IBM, Niel was a development engineer in the storage, blade, and enterprise Power hardware brands. At Sirius, Niel was a Sr. Power Systems Engineer, where he was a 3-time IBM Power Champion. Niel uses systems engineering, problem determination, and customer service skills to solve client business challenges. With experience in most vertical industry segments, Niel is recognized as a trusted technical advisor to Fortune 500 customers as well as mid-market companies.
